Season 9

Season nine is a ten-episode arc that takes place six months after the events of “Our Life Continues Together” (8.20). As of 2025, it is the final season of the original Dragon Friends campaign. It ties in with the Beef Babes Twitch campaign.

Season nine is the shortest season to date; shows were recorded quarterly (in March, May, August, and November, with the December Yulemas show constituting the end of the season), with podcast episodes released from August 2023. It was preceded by the Paranoia mini-campaign OK Computer, and followed by the new major D&D campaign Heroes of Yearth.

Overview

It's six months since the Dragon Friends returned home to Daggerford, and months since they gathered together. Bobby has joined a beach commune to try and deal with his trauma by trying to build a device that will connect to other planes of existence. (More to come)
